For dental labs
Occlusal splint design for dental labs
For labs that receive intraoral scans and make occlusal splints every week. The blockout, the outline and the occlusal table are calculated; the technician checks and corrects.
14 days and 75 credits free: three splints. No credit card.

Time per splint
In our internal tests, on our founder's own cases: 5 to 10 minutes per splint in NexorCAD, against 20 minutes to 1 h 30 in installed desktop CAD software. For ten splints a week, at the middle of each range, that is about 1 h 15 instead of about 9 hours.
The same route for every technician
Nine steps in a fixed order, each unlocking the next. A new technician learns the route in about an afternoon. Each module's default settings are set once for the whole workspace.
No licence per workstation
The software runs in a recent browser, on the lab's own computers. Nothing to install or update, and technicians can work from any computer they sign in on.
Designing in the lab instead of outsourcing
Outsourcing splint design adds a turnaround and a fee to every case, and the result comes back the way someone else designed it. With NexorCAD the design stays in the lab. An export is counted only when you export the final STL; redesigning uses nothing.
Integration with your lab software
Through the integration API, your software can create cases, send the scans and take the finished files back. One link opens any case in the designer, already signed in.
Case tracking and access
Nine dots a row show the step each case reached. Owners, admins and members each have their own sign-in, people join by invitation, and each person works in English or in French.
The digital splint workflow
Nine steps, scan to STL
The same route on every case. Each step shows its result before you move on, and any step can be run again.

Questions
How many technicians can use it?
You invite your team into one workspace; each person has their own sign-in and role. Billing is per export, not per seat.
Can we try it on our own cases?
Yes. The free trial gives 14 days and 3 exports on your own scans, and the sample case uses none.
Where is our data hosted?
In Québec, Canada, on a server Nexor owns and runs itself. Backups are encrypted and kept on a second server Nexor also owns.
What does it not design?
Crowns, bridges, dentures, aligners, and soft or dual-laminate guards. It designs the hard Aubé™ splint, printable arch models and thermoforming models.
